The order will be effective only after the accreditation moment on the Piave Tyres srl bank account, the payment will be made by the customer using the way chosen during the on-line confirmation between the following options: bank transfer, credit card, paypal. Piave Tyres srl will provide to deliver the goods requested with a courier service to the indicated address.
The right of withdrawal permit the customer to return the ordered product. This right have to be exercise within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods, by registered letter against acknowledgement of receipt. To profit it, it needs that the purchased products are not used, all the original packaging have to be undamaged. To profit it the customer needs to follow the indicated procedure:

The company could make an exception in the eventually that the consumer use the goods, but is not satisfied with it, even if the product corresponds to the product presented in the online shop, only if it is used a few time and if it is in perfect conditions, complete with all the parts, Piave Tyres srl will take the product back, curtailing the invoice price of 50 %, delivery costs not counted. The customer will have to wait the Piave Tyres srl confirmation before making any delivery. Delivery costs are a customer responsibility.
